Transparency in processing and publication. This policy outlines the financial obligations for authors upon the acceptance of their manuscripts.

Fee Structure

Note: There is NO fee for submission. Charges apply only to accepted manuscripts.

Payment Terms

  • Fees must be remitted within 15 days of acceptance notification.
  • Payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Authors are responsible for all bank charges and currency conversion fees.

Waiver & Refund Policy

Waiver: Currently, this journal offers no waiver policy. Decisions by the editorial board are final.

Refunds: No refunds are issued once processed, even in the event of subsequent rejection or withdrawal.

Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of India. Subject to Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 clause the courts at Nagpur only shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters or proceedings.

Acceptance

By submitting, authors expressly agree to be bound by these terms and accept full responsibility for timely payment.
