Author Guidelines

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their compliance with all of the following items:

1. Originality & Formatting
➽ The submission is original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.
➽ The manuscript strictly follows the Author Guidelines and is prepared in the official journal template format. [Click here to download Journal Template].
➽ The text uses a 12-point font, single-spacing, and italics for emphasis; all figures and tables are placed within the text at appropriate points.
➽ Title, abstract, and keywords are provided in English and accurately reflect the work.

2. Ethical Standards & Declarations
➽ Ethical approval numbers are provided for research involving human or animal subjects.
➽ A "Conflicts of Interest" statement and all funding sources are explicitly disclosed in the manuscript.
➽ Written permission has been obtained for any third-party copyrighted material.

3. Author Metadata & Copyright
➽ Full names, affiliations, active emails, and ORCID iDs for all authors are entered into the metadata fields.
➽ A Corresponding Author is designated for all communication.
➽ Authors agree to the CC BY 4.0 license and understand they retain copyright while granting the journal a license to publish.

4. Technical Files & Reviewer Nomination
➽ The submission is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format, thoroughly proofread, and includes DOIs for all references.
➽ A Cover Letter is included explaining the work's suitability for the journal's scope.
Potential Reviewers List [MANDATORY]: I have downloaded the required format from [this link] and certify that the three suggested reviewers hold a PhD, are from different organizations than the authors, and have no conflict of interest. I have uploaded a signed copy of this list as a supplementary file.

To ensure academic rigor, data may be shared with vetted partners including Crossref, Scopus, DOAJ, and plagiarism services like iThenticate, Plagiarism X. All partners must comply with international data protection laws.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Users retain the right to Access, Rectify, or Erase their personal data. Requests for data restriction or deletion are subject to academic record-keeping integrity.
