Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • 1. Manuscript Compliance
    ✳️ The manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
    ✳️ All authors have approved the final version and consent to its submission.
    ✳️ The manuscript adheres to the journal’s formatting requirements, including structure, referencing style, and figure/table presentation.
    ✳️ Title, abstract, keywords, and references are properly structured
    ✳️ Consistent font, spacing, and margins throughout
    ✳️ Figures and tables are numbered, captioned, and placed appropriately
  • 2. Ethical and Legal Declarations
    ✳️ Ethical approval has been obtained for studies involving human or animal subjects, and relevant documentation is included.
    ✳️ Any conflicts of interest, financial disclosures, or sponsorships have been clearly stated.
    ✳️ Copyright permissions have been secured for any third-party material used.
    ✳️ Citations are complete and follow journal style
  • 3. Author Information
    ✳️ Full names, institutional affiliations, and valid contact details for all authors are provided.
    ✳️ The corresponding author is clearly designated and responsible for all communication including the review process.
    ✳️ ORCID profiles of all the authors is provided.
  • 4. Technical Requirements
    ✳️ The manuscript file is submitted in the required format i.e, DOCX or Word File Format.
    ✳️ All supplementary materials, datasets, or appendices are included and properly labeled.
    ✳️ Author Copyright Statement (Compulsory) signed by all the authors is provided.
    ✳️ A cover letter outlining the manuscript’s relevance to the journal’s scope is attached (if applicable).
  • 5. Final Review
    ✳️ The manuscript has been proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
    ✳️ All references are accurate and complete.
    ✳️ Submission complies with all policies outlined on the journal’s official website
    ✳️ Author Guidelines double-checked on journal website
