Authors may request withdrawal in writing to the Editor-in-Chief before acceptance. To cover administrative and peer-review costs, the following fees apply:
Articles containing plagiarized content, errors, or inaccuracies may be retracted. A formal notice will be published in the next available issue. Authors will be provided an opportunity to respond to retraction decisions.
Registrants may cancel at least 15 days prior to the event. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for the remaining term. Requests must be made in writing to the Conference Manager.
Governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. All disputes are subject to Nagpur, India jurisdiction only.
International Research Journal of Scientific Studies reserves the right to amend this policy. Changes are effective immediately upon website publication.
