Manuscript Submission

Manuscript Formatting and Style Guidelines

✔ Language: The journal publishes articles in English.

✔ Font: Use Bookman Old Style, size 12 points.

✔ Margins: Leave 1.65cm margins on left and right side and 1.75cm on top and bottom side.

✔ Line Spacing: Use double-line spacing throughout the manuscript.

✔ Headings: Use headings and subheadings to organize the manuscript.

✔ Tables and Figures: Include tables and figures in the manuscript, and provide captions and legends as necessary.

✔ References: Use the IEEE referencing style [1], [2], [1,2].

Manuscript Structure

In general, Manuscript Structure can be as follows. Author(s) are free modify Manuscript structure with relevance to their research topic.

1. Title Page: Include the manuscript title, author names, affiliations, and contact information.

2. Abstract: Provide a concise abstract, typically between 150 to 250 words.

3. Introduction: Introduce the research topic, provide background information, and state the research objectives.

4. Literature Review: Review the relevant literature on the research topic.

5. Methodology: Describe the research methodology, including the research design, sampling strategy, and data collection methods.

6. Results: Present the research findings, including tables, figures, and graphs.

7. Discussion: Interpret the research findings, discuss the implications, and provide recommendations.

8. Conclusion: Summarize the research findings and implications.

9. References: List all sources cited in the manuscript.

10. Appendices: Include any additional materials, such as raw data, extra figures or tables, and detailed descriptions of methodologies.

Peer Review Process

✔ Initial Review: The manuscript will undergo an initial review by the editor to determine its suitability for publication.

✔ Peer Review: The manuscript will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers, who will provide feedback on the manuscript's content, methodology, and presentation.

✔ Revision and Re-submission: The author will be given the opportunity to revise and resubmit the manuscript based on the peer reviewers' feedback.

✔ Final Decision: The editor will make a final decision on the manuscript's publication based on the peer reviewers' feedback and the author's revisions.

Publication Process

✔ Copy Editing: The manuscript will undergo copy editing to ensure that it meets the journal's formatting and style guidelines.

✔ Proofreading: The manuscript will be proofread to ensure that it is free of errors.

✔ Publication: The manuscript will be published online and will be made available on the journal's website. Author(s) must note that International Research Journal of Scientific Studies do not provide printed copy of published manuscript. After publication, author(s) are notified by email along with soft copy of published manuscript and certificates.

✔ Indexing: The manuscript will be indexed in relevant databases and repositories to ensure its discoverability and accessibility.

Author Responsibilities

✔ It is sole responsibility of author to publish original work, therefore it is advised to avoid copying content.

✔ Authors should cite or mention person or work which is referred from other articles or published contents.

✔ Any unethical practice, knowingly infringing the quality of publication is strictly prohibited.

✔ Repetitive publication of same content is strictly prohibited and if observed such authors are liable for legal action.

✔ It is sole responsible of First Author to mention the names of all authors or any other person who is responsible or involved in Research work.

✔ It is sole responsible of authors to inform Editor or Representative of International Research Journal of Scientific Studies, if any correction or inaccuracy in Published work discovered.

✔ Though International Research Journal of Scientific Studies is dedicated to publish Original work, it is the sole responsibility of user to inform any copyright infringement claim. Such claims should be conveyed to Editor with all necessary proofs.

✔ If author’s work involves any procedure to animal or human subjects, then it is sole responsible of author to obtain necessary compliance from appropriate Institutions or governing body. Author must mention such declaration in his manuscript showing that all the procedure or work is done according to legal procedure and necessary compliance is obtained.

✔ It is author’s sole responsibility to follow and obey all the human and animal rights while publishing his/her research work. International Research Journal of Scientific Studies or its any representative will not be liable for any conflicts arising due to such event.

✔ It is sole responsibility of author to respect all religious, community beliefs or human beliefs while publishing his/her work. Author should follow proper procedure to maintain dignity of all religion, community or human being.

✔ Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, including financial or personal relationships that could influence the research.

✔ Authors must ensure that they do not disclose confidential or proprietary information in their work.
